Saturday was planned as my day to sleep in and relax. I slept in until late morning and just lay in bed until about noon when I got out of bed. It was so nice to be able to just sit in bed with my laptop and relax without worrying about having to be up at a certain time etc.

A 'normal' relaxing day for me is never just composed of lying around doing nothing though (as much as I have had my days of that in the past). In talking that morning to Jesse and Liz (the friends from the states mentioned in my last entry), plans quickly started to fall together for a very spur of the moment get together. They were going to be at a coffee house just over the border in the Buffalo area so it wasn't as far as the coffee house I went to last time I visited. It soon became something with potential.

Not wanting to make the trek back home late and tired, I gave Becca a call to see if she had anythign going on for the evening (I promised her a random adventure at some point a while back and this seemed like the perfect opportunity).

So Becca and I made the trek down to East Aurora leaving here at about 5pm for the coffee house. Only one small getting lost moment occured when we were making fun of the small movie theater which we found out later was actually the one we were meant to be stopping at to meet everyone.

We eventually found our way there. It was so good to see everyone again and Becca soon felt right at home with everyone. They even made a little tributary mini-Becca out of a reeses peanut butter cup package and a stick or spoon. Becca was wearing this cool skirt that looked exactly the same as a peanut butter cup wrapper so we just couldn't resist.











It was a late night but an amazing time seeing everyone again and just catching up :)
